Level of Care (assessed by licensed nursing staff) provides for assistance with each resident’s personal care needs and activities of daily living. This includes medication management, laundry services, wake-up and tuck-in services, and lifestyle assistance.
BATHING ASSISTANCE
Included in Levels 3 & 4 Care. $20.00/bath for Levels 1 & 2 Care.
PERSONAL LAUNDRY SERVICE
Included in Levels 3 & 4 Care. $10.00/load for Levels 1 & 2 Care.

Month-to-month rental fees are based on single occupancy. Fee for second occupant is additional to monthly rental rate. Unit sizes vary from 1181 to 1871 square feet (approximate). Prices subject to change without notice.
ROOM & BOARD INCLUDES
- Lunch – Breakfast and supper available at an additional cost of $5 per meal. Guest meals are $10 each.
Room tray service (not available to duplex and patio homes), is $5 per meal. - Utilities, excluding telephone service
- Housekeeping and flat linen services
- Cable television
- Wireless internet
- Emergency call system
- General maintenance of apartments, appliances, common areas, and grounds
- Review of medications every 60 days
- Transportation – Available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, subject to change.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT / COMMUNITY FEE $1500
The reservation deposit is a one-time, fully-refundable fee which reserves the unit of your choice for up to 30 days. Upon occupancy of the unit, this fee transfers to a non-refundable Community Fee to be used for Golden Oaks Village maintenance, repairs, and etc.
SECURITY DEPOSIT $750
A refundable security deposit is held by Golden Oaks Village to pay any damages and/or property loss caused by resident beyond normal wear and tear, including removal of unclaimed resident property and professional cleaning, as needed.
PET FEE $1000
Pets in residence are subject to the consent of Golden Oaks Village. Non-refundable one-time fee is required upon admission.
