LPN – Charge Nurse - Full Time - Evening

LPN – Charge Nurse - Full Time - Evening

The LPN is a Professional Nurse who is responsible for providing resident care and nursing services for physically ill residents in a long term care facility. LPNs provide general oversight of resident safety. They may assist in assigning resident care to CMAs and CNAs and supervise completion of such assignments. They will perform nursing duties as needed.

Requirements:

Graduate from accredited school of nursing
Current LPN license in the state of Oklahoma

Customer service-oriented attitude
Must be able to pass criminal background check

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Full Time - Evening

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Full Time - Evening

The CNA performs routine tasks under the supervision of a Charge Nurse and the Director of Nursing. The CNA will assist in providing total nursing care of the residents of the facility. The main scope of the nurse aide will be to provide continuity of care and delivery of consistent and high quality care.

Requirements:

Current Oklahoma CNA certification (training provided if not certified)
Ability to follow instructions of established routines
Basic understanding of infection control protocol

Customer service-oriented attitude
Must be able to pass criminal background check

Housekeeper - Full Time - Day

Housekeeper - Full Time - Day

The Housekeeper cleans resident rooms and all facility areas in a safe, orderly and attractive manner maintaining a sanitary environment to avoid sources of transmission of infections.

Requirements:

Working knowledge and proper use of cleaning products and equipment
Basic understanding of infection control protocol

Customer service-oriented attitude

Must be able to pass criminal background check
